Be careful buying gift cards at the Mansfield store!!!!! When my daughter went to use hers, the info had been scratched off, and there was a zero balance. Target gift cards made it right, but want to make people aware.
Drove 15 minutes to go to Starbucks in target and they tell me “our register is down” I’m already having a Terrible morning and just wanted coffee. Also they don’t have as great selection as they do at other targets. Curbside is efficient though.
This store USED TO BE my goto Target for shopping for food and items. Yesterday was the LAST STRAW. This store had previously been always clean… However now it seems that new management is SERIOUSLY NEEDED… TODAY! Tuesday evening, I went to get items to make fajitas… and THIS is what I encountered, which has become the normal for this store! Empty shelves, spoiled or spoiling produce, dirty restrooms and NO MANAGEMENT available to make a complaint to. “The managers are not available right now and the only person here is a shift leader and I haven’t been able to reach them for the past 20 minutes on the radio… hold on let me try again…” (she tries)… response: “I think (not saying the name bc this issue is UPPER MANAGEMENT’S FAULT) is on lunch right now, do you need any help?” “Yes, a customer has a problem.” “Tell them they can go online.” I just said whatever, paid for the few items I DID find and left, but NOT BEFORE TAKING A LOT OF PICTURES OF THIS TRASH HEAP!
I love Target but I’m consistently disappointed by how messy and under stocked this location is. This store needs new management. Typically when I shop at Target, I like to browse the whole store but not at this one. It’s a disaster so I just run in get what I absolutely need and leave. I went to the eye doctor and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Doctor telling me how bad my insurance was, my script wasn't as bad as I claimed. Ridiculous cause I've had the same script for decades. Well never go back!!
Do not shop here. Go to the arbrook one or the one on 360. Way better at keeping things stock and rotating merchandise. If you MUST shop here make sure you check the expiration dates, and careful with any bath body and hair products. If they don’t come sealed i would order them online to make sure as few as possible people have handled them.
They have an excellent response to drive-up curbside service. I indicated I was on my way in the app, when I got there they were waiting outside with my stuff. I was gone in 3 minutes. Perfect!
Ive always loved Target when I lived in Michigan. Always had what I needed. But this one which is right by my work......started that way, but now I can barely find clothes for me anymore that I like. They have changed so much that all my needs and likes are gone. I only go there now for only 2 things. All my hair products are gone. They don't sell anymore. So Ive been hunting around for a month and found what I need at Walmart. Very disappointed...for me.
